We welcome friends old and new to this very special concert, celebrating the long and illustrious tenure of our esteemed conductor, Mark Turpin. The programme includes favourite works from the seventeen years and more than sixty concerts at which Mark has held the baton, while closing with a new piece – the 4th movement of the famous Symphonie Fantastique by Berlioz. We are also delighted to present our 2017 Youth Concerto Performance Opportunity recipient, Nina Fan, playing the opening movement of Saint-Saens’ 2nd Piano Concerto.
