Mark Turpin has been involved with the Gold Coast Philharmonic Orchestra as an oboe player since 1986 and as Conductor since 2000.
I like the songs from movies and also the Brandenburg Concerto, and when we perform pieces written or arranged by members of the group.

GCPO? I first played in about 1990 – back when Mark played oboe. I have had several breaks- moved state in 2006 etc, but have been playing regularly since 2007.
I have many interests, however most of them are music related. I enjoy watching movies, especially Science Fiction. Playing computer games and listening to music.
